Floranote began the way most good things do — with a simple obsession. We wanted candles that didn't just smell beautiful, but that burned cleanly, lasted honestly, and felt like they'd been made by someone who cared. So we started hand-pouring them ourselves.

Every candle is crafted in small batches using a premium blend of soy and beeswax, 100% cotton wicks, and carefully chosen fragrance materials. No shortcuts, no fillers — just a clean burn and a scent that lingers the right way.

We're based in Karachi. Our candles don't know borders.

Candle care & questions

The first burn is the most important. Allow the candle to burn until the melted wax reaches the edges of the container — typically 2–4 hours. This prevents tunneling and ensures an even burn throughout the candle's life.
For best performance, burn for 2–4 hours per session. Avoid burning for more than 4 hours continuously.
Yes — before every burn, trim the wick to approximately 6mm (¼ inch). This maintains a clean flame, minimises soot, and promotes an even burn.
Mushrooming is the buildup of carbon at the wick tip, creating a mushroom-like shape. Completely normal — just trim the wick before each use to prevent it.
Some fragrances become more noticeable after the wax has melted and formed a full melt pool. Room size, airflow, and fragrance type all affect scent perception.
Cold throw is the fragrance you smell when the candle is unlit. Hot throw is the fragrance released while the candle burns and the wax is melted. Floranote candles are formulated for strong performance in both.
Natural waxes like soy and beeswax develop slight frosting, texture variations, or uneven surfaces after cooling. These are normal characteristics of natural wax — they don't affect performance.
Frosting appears as white crystalline patterns on the wax surface. It's a natural characteristic of soy-based candles and does not impact quality or fragrance in any way.
Always place candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from curtains, drafts, children, pets, and flammable materials.
Discontinue use when approximately 1.3cm (½ inch) of wax remains at the bottom. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
