EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

At Floranote, we take great care in preparing and packing every order. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Returns & Exchanges

Products cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been opened, used, tested, or damaged after delivery.

For hygiene and safety reasons, fragrances, candles, personal care products, and home fragrance items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, leaked, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear pictures/videos of the product
  • Pictures of the packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, our team will guide you with the next steps.

Eligibility

A replacement or exchange will only be considered if:

  • The product was received damaged or defective
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-Eligible Items

We cannot accept claims for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal fragrance preference
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Used, opened, or tested products
  • Orders reported after 24 hours of delivery

Refunds

Floranote does note offer cash refunds. In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or store credit at our discretion.

Important Note

Scent preferences are personal, and fragrances may smell different on each individual due to skin chemistry. We recommend trying samples or smaller sizes before purchasing full-size products.
